📌Buckwheat pancakes 📝Ingredients (for about 6 small pancakes): 1/2 cup of buckwheat flour 1/2 cup of buttermilk 1/4 tsp of bicarbonate of soda 1/4 tsp of baking powder 1 large egg 1/2 tsp of sugar or maple syrup 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract Pinch of salt 🌸〰🌸〰🌸 I used Holland & Barrett buckwheat flour. So, to make these pancakes is really easy and fast. They are great for your breakfast with some fruits and yogurt. Mix all dry ingredients first, then add egg, buttermilk and vanilla. Whisk gently until no lumps left. Heat the pan to the medium and use a small ice cream scoop for the batter, so all your pancakes will turn at the same size. You may add to the batter some healthy seeds like poppy seeds if you like. They are a bit dry, so you could add a teaspoon of coconut oil into the batter. If you want bigger amount of pancakes, just double all the ingredients.
