A year or two after marriage, Mey-Rin gave birth to twins, Vivian (the one on the left side in pink) and Monika (the one on the right side in blue and black). Hovis was proud to have two beautiful daughters and a beautiful wife, but an unexpected occurrence happened. Elliot and Haruka, with nowhere else to stay after running away from their father, came to Mey-Rin and Hovis and begged them to take them in as their own son and daughter. Eventually, Elijah (Elliot and Haruka's birth father) lost custody of the kids due to the reported beatings and screenshots that not only the kids, but the other misfits caught and now Hovis and Mey-Rin have custody of Elliot and Haruka.
