imagine the matsus realizing they dont have proper id in place before air travel scheduled in a little over a month so its the the precarious time period of technically u could likely get the replacement documentation in order just in time before going but its also equally likely to do the thing of arriving just after ur flight specifically and very pointedly and purposefully to humiliate u and make u have to cancel everything and be like errrrrrrrrrrrrrr er er er guess who lost their id teehee

Everyday the Marx quote about religion being the opium of the masses rings more true. Because it's essentially an escapism from the horror of capitalism. The future that I am worried in is will I get a job and will I be treated fairly by my boss. I never got much experience when I was in college because it just made me so fucking miserable, can I even get one with my CV? Questions that rise under a neoliberal system where students are incentivized to be a wage slave.

This is in no way hating on Muslims (I have to put a disclaimer to every religious post that I am an EX MUSLIM I used to attempt being a devout one back in middle school and high school I still wear hijab to this day etc etc), personally my opium is Kitsuragism and it is fun to be comforted by Kim Kitsuragi, just like how religious people feel the comfort and warmth of God I assume. But it is still escapism. We see how capitalism destroyed souls and really not much we can do when class conciousness is at all time low and the bourgeoise keep being united and further dividing us so we seek the comfort of outer sources.
