My theory about the death of Toby: qhen Spencer finds the body in the woods, Mona screams to her: “He is dead.” I was watching the 3x21 again and I realized something, “He is dead” no means that he dead really. And yes one more tip of Mona. He Is Dead. HID. He is hid no is dead. What you think about my theory?

yeah that’s a good theory! I think that when mona “he’s dead” , she said it right when spencer was going to look at the face and then spencer ran after mona. I think Mona just said that out loud so she doesn’t look at the face. They want spencer and the others to think he’s dead but he’s not ;)) i’m pretty sure!
