I think the dad snatcher (snatch adopting hat kid) is a lame concept that mischaracterizes him from being a funny yet cynical and rude guy who became less caring due to trauma into a 'grumpy old man who is secretly a big soft loving girl dad' and i'm surprised it's as common a thing as it is
Confession 216... vanessa is so so SO cool i wish i could enjoy her publicly without fear of people saying i condone her actions. like. no! she fucking sucks! absolutely! but that's part of what draws me to her!

Confession 231... A lot of people tend to push the "good/bad" label on mustache girl way too hard, failing to acknowledge that shes meant to be more nuanced than that. YES she was mistreated in mafia town, and yes she had every right to want them off of the island. But the way she went about it was way too overkill because she's an idealistic CHILD who views the world in black and white.
Confession 226... I would happily sell my soul for either a sequel or a remastered version of A Hat in Time. Since a sequel would unfortunately be less likely to happen, a release with updated character models, textures, and cutscenes would be awesome instead! (Or maybe I’m just salty because the last “update” for AHiT was Vanessa’s Curse, which is PC-exclusive. No love for the AHiT console players TwT)
Confession 214... Need more silly Hat Kid designs honestly, I saw another confession about Hattie as a shapeshifter I think? Which is funny bc mine actually is! Though shes very snail-like, with snail feelers (jaw and on her head like antennas) + a shell and tail. Hat kid designs with more alien-like or creature features are my favorite thing ever to exist they are so awesome
Confession 224... Battle of the Birds is the best chapter and has better music than Subcon does
Confession 223... I don't think that Rush Hour is bad per se, but it is intensely underwhelming for what might be my favorite dlc by far. I was SO hyped up for a big boss fight (I think Empress is probably my favorite antagonist in the whole game and it's a shame the only ending you get is "I guess Hat Kid got away!" I wanted MORE of the metro! I wanted a proper ending! :(
