Crocheting a pixie witch hat [link to paid pattern].  This was my second hat made using this pattern.  I used Cascade Eco+ Peruvian Tones yarn in “Ebony”, and a 5.5mm hook.  

Here is the hat after crocheting.  I added nylon monofilament to the brim to make it more firm.
