One (1) of many reasons I would get along well with the Boss Baby: we both enjoy beets.
The Princess told Mary Berry that baby Louis enjoys beetroot. While Miss Mary seemed a bit surprised, when I use this same simple roasting method it yields a candy like sweetness to the beets. [That dip looks suspect🤨]
For months, we've had an unopened jar of wild probiotic fermented red beet, cabbage & kraut in the fridge, that is marketed for a healthy gut. I'm nervous about the texture & acidity...seems like money down the tubes. Thoughts, suggestions? 😬
