SICK AND TIRED OF THIS. WHO TF INVENTED HOT PRESS PAPER?
From a distance it looks fine, but that's because I made a good drawing. The actual PAINT?? atrocious. You can see it's getting grainy and patchy in all these little spots where I want SMOOTHNESS but nooooo hot press paper just likes to dry up halfway through the process of putting down paint so that pigment disperses and collects in weird spots at random. And I have five whole SHEETS of this DAMN PAPER and also two BLOCKS because I had the foolish thought to myself "it's on sale and i'm much better at watercolors than i was five years ago, I can handle hot press" I CANNOT HANDLE IT
