♠ - what are they afraid of?

failure, mostly. ema’s scared of not being good enough; of not living up to her family name; of giving everything and getting nothing in return. it’s probably a big part of why she’s become an evidence forger – with her history, she can’t exactly become a forensic scientist anymore, the thought of giving up something she’s worked her entire life for isn’t something she can stomach.

she’s also afraid of dying, obviously, but she’s actually less concerned about her life than she is about not avenging her family.

♣ - what is one thing that they find embarrassing? (about them, others, things in general)

usually, science myths that people bandy about as truths – some make her angry and ready to have their foot meet her heel, like ‘vaccines cause autism;’ and some make her irritated, like ‘humans only use twenty percent of their brains.’ if you’re going to science, at least science right.
