"ooh, you teenagers and your sass! wow!" (sophie) —ojoden
”I was simply speaking the truth. If it sounded sarcastic that was not my intention.”
Never mind that he was a teenager himself at fifteen. Her reaction was odd- a level of politeness few shared habits of these days. Or generally gained a sick pleasure from talking above other people. Except, there was something off about this girl. Deep green emerald eyes darted across her features, but it wasn't physical. "Can't quite place it– There's sumtin diffrent bout you." He was sure it was more than her pale skin and grey eyes - lovely, as the color of the sky above the ocean before a storm. Pale brows matched pale hair that only added to the contrasting beauty. In his world, there were solar punks and lunar punks. If the lunar folk had a god, surely it would manifest as such a beauty.
"Um—" He coughed and ate the words, stifling any reply. What had he said to upset her, again?
