“B- Battery?” Peter repeated, eyes wide as he patted at his pockets and stuffed his hands in, looking for one of his travel chargers to offer the other. Feeling a wire, he pulled sharply, only to clumsily yank his own phone and headphones out, the fragile device practically soaring from his pants and falling hard upon the ground. He drew a sharp breath and bent down, gingerly plucking his phone up, fearing the worst--

“Oh, fuck...” he sighed, kneading at the solid, linear crack on the screen. It would definitely need to be replaced but for the moment seemed useable. With furrowed eyebrows, Peter upsetly handed his now trashed phone over to the stranger. “Here, use mine...”

Peter jumped slightly at the sudden sound of a voice beside him and quickly turned his attention to view the person that had spoken to him. The figure’s appearance didn’t bring any kind of solace, however, for aside from their shining, amber eyes, it was a tad impossible to make out just what exactly they looked like.

“Uh, yeah,” he replied cautiously, pushing the security monitor to the side. “Who are you..?”
