Without any doubt, I think they excedeed themselves with this one. Probably one of their best albums ever!

It is. Also beyond most people’s expectations. In many aspects it’s a really bold move: stripping back the orchestrations to strings only, opening more space for the band itself, experimenting with different structures, some crazy vocal melodies and beautiful harmonies. The whole thing is a progressive experience in contrasts, abrupt turns, high and lows, new and old sounds. A lot to take in. I’m loving it.

Hi, I was checking your blog for your 365 days music challenge and end up on the FAQ. I saw that your parents are from my island! :) Have you ever come here, visit the Azores? Your photoshop works are awesome!

I have! I stayed there for 2 weeks when I was 17. I want to go back, but not for that long, and more time exploring the island rather visiting family ive never met before XD

I really miss making making those gifs too in all honesty! 

But you know, I didn’t quite like Vehicle of Spirit, it didn’t make me all emotional as Showtime, Storytime did. I don’t know why tho, but what I’ve been enjoying A LOTTT is  As The Stages Burn!!! And I’m planning on making some gifs of it :D

Today Charlotte Wessels from Delain reply to me on instagram regarding their DVD.

During the night, don’t know why, I remember that it was almost a year since they recorded the concert for the DVD. Then did the crowd fund and it went really well. But for sometime now, we didn’t have any more news about it.

So I decided to ask her and to my surprise she reply to me. Very sweet on her part!
