"Protecting kids on the internet" has become more dangerous
AI verification has caused terrible things as we knew it would. Everyone needs to talk about this.
OneTopicAtATime has made a video on his and Salty The Alien's podcast in which he goes over the dangers, censorship, restriction of freedom and rights, and more that this poses for everyone.
Watch the video and push back against this, even if you don't live in affected places. This could cause underage people to only ever view sanitised, government approved narratives, as OT says in the video, and create a very closed minded young generation, undoing all the progress we have made recently.
Queer content on YouTube is already being pushed down and censored, even just for being a video in which the word "gay" is mentioned. It will get worse.
