Sometimes i wonder if the concept of vampires comes from humans getting infected with rabies, with the bite marks from animals , mentaly abnormal behaviour, intolerences to light etc.... i wonder if since there was no scientifical way to explain it at the time ,so they resoned it with folklore tales.

so true. honestly though the thing i hate most about coffee shops recently is that a bunch of them have stopped doing physical loyalty cards. no i dont want to download your stupid app just to get one free coffee every 10 times i come here, i would rather pay every single time. what if i have no reception? what if my phone dies? i dont want to have a folder full of apps for various coffee shops, please for the love of any deity that may be out there just give me a little card that i can stick in my wallet. please.

Open Gmail in your browser

Click on the Gear Icon ⚙️ in the upper right

In the General Tab, scroll down to "Smart Features" and UNCHECK THE BOX. It is about halfway down.

Then, right below that is Google Workspace smart features. Click on the "Manage Workspace Smart Features" and make sure both toggles are OFF
