❛ i think i fucked up. ❜ poppy finnegan had a lot of things that she didn’t like but the idea of fucking something up, especially something that mattered to her which made her blood boil. and it was her fault, too, which only made the feeling worse. the tower wasn’t really the most comforting place that she had ever been in but sitting up there with andy was better than being at home where she felt haunted and having a day’s overlap in their shift was like a more chaotic slumber party than they were used to. now the town had to know the kind of music they listened to, the kind of theories they constructed. ❛ i mean like i’ve never fucked up this bad. ❜ she rubbed her hands on her face, trying to force her to spit it out. ❛ i think things are over with marcus. ❜
