The way Isabela comes back. After Hawke had to watch their whole family being ripped from them piece by piece, right before their eyes and unable to stop through the whole game. The way they are just so so tired at this point, everything they potentially care about being taken from them- their siblings, their mother and now their city... and then she comes back. And she comes back specifically for Hawke.

And then they don't even have time to process it because immediately Arishok threatens to take her away again. Like I cannot even describe how hard the Arishok fight hits for me in Isabela romance. This is the one time Hawke is threatened with loosing someone they care about... but just this once they can fight back. Every time before they were always too late, it was something they could not face, there was nothing to be done to stop it- this is the one time where they can finally fight for a person they love.
