I love Barris. The first time I played though, I hadn't made it back in time and he got injured and died, so I thought that was why he wasn't around to talk to in Skyhold. Second time I went back as often as possible so he was fine. But it is nice that you actually can do a lot more with the templars. I wish there was a way to side with both, since they're both so useful, and then could pick your nemesis. I like fighting Envy, even though it keeps glitching on me so no one moves the entire fight
I agree. Love Barris. He was a voice of reason in Val Royeaux and seeing him at Theirinfall and it’s a relief to just see him being reasonable. Like thank christ for this man.
I wish we could’ve saved both mages and templars but they’re both being played and basically going separate directions so it’s basically you’re chasing the train, hijacking it, and fighting all the way to the front car to shut the crazy train down.
Shockingly I managed to keep Barris alive and it wasn’t until I saw a one of my subscribed people on a playthrough on youtube that Barris died. Felt like I dodged a bullet. Also with Albretch or whatever that noble dude was. He lived for Maeve’s but died in another because of flag choices. Not too big a help but eh whatever.
Envy was hard. Or else it was the missile attack that just freaking…oh and the teleport, jack in the box, move too.
