Is Grey able to get angry or cry even with his glasses on or do the glasses null most of his emotions completely?

He can still feel some emotions. The glasses mostly remove his ability to see colour, as well as calm a lot of his environment down. It does suppress a lot of his emotions, but if he starts getting too emotional with the glasses on they can shatter and break.
