This headcanon is dedicated to @hazel0217 cause I was heavily inspired by her and her love of music. So this one is for you girl!!!
- Yaoyorozu Momo is a conductor and a music composer. Despite her family having their own family business, she decides to pursue her passion on music instead.
- Todoroki Shouto is a business man who works under his father's company. A typical business man who works up until 12am in the morning at most.
- Todo feels so done and contemplates what is there in life since all he does is work, work, and work.
- One day he passes by a plaza where there is a piano for the public to play. Hearing the music playing, he followed the source of the sound. There he found Momo playing a piano.
- Todo was drawn to the music since it sounded familiar, like his mother used to sing, but still an entire piece of its own. Maybe a variation perhaps.
- Todo was awestruck. He didn't know if it was the music that mesmerizes him or her beauty.
- He stayed till the end until Momo finishes playing before proceeding to walk wherever he needs to go.
- As the days go by, Todo kept stopping by the plaza hoping to see the girl again. And when he spotted her playing again, he'll always stop to listen.
- Momo starts to notice Todo as he keeps coming more frequently. Thinking to herself saying: "Oh, its that handsome man again with the red and white hair."
- One day as Todo was standing near next to the piano, Momo got the courage to talk to him after she plays since you know, he always stops by.
- Momo: Oh hello there, I see that your stop by at this place all the time. Do you enjoy music?
- Todo was caught off guard with her greeting. Wasn't really expecting to have a conversation with the girl. But replied: "Mmm... not really."
- Momo: But how come you come here so frequently?
- Todo: I don't know. Just happen to pass by here from work, thats all.
- Momo: Ah I see... It seems that whenever I see you, you have this troubled face painted all around you.
- Trying to get the conversation rolling, Todo reciprocated the question to her. Todo: Do you enjoy music?
- Momo: I certainly do! For me, music is a universal language that touches the people's heart. I am a conductor and a music composer by profession. And ever since I was a child, when I started playing my first instrument, I was drawn to its beauty. There is a sense of passion and freedom that words can't describe and yet was able to connect the people around you. You can really convey the emotions and feelings one has with just a piece of instrument and I find it facinating.
- Todo: Thats an interesting way to put it.
- Momo: Do you have any dreams?
- Todo: No not really. Probably just waiting for the day my father stops bragging to me about work.
- Momo: *Giggles* Well, my dream is to play my music on the big stage for all the people to hear and to be able to let my music be part of their life.
- Todo was just awestrucked cause look just how adorable she is with all her bouncy personality. How can you not love it.
- Momo: Oh I know! Why don't you come to my concert this weekend. I have a spare guest ticket since my friend couldn't come. It'll be quite an experience to watch.
- So Todo takes the ticket from her hand and thanked her before heading off.
- It was his first time attending an orchestra concert. He didn't have the privilage to go to these events when he was young since his family is very strict and his father won't let him do activities that is considered a waste of time.
- He got a really really good seat in the middle. Guessing because it was a VIP ticket that she gave to him.
- When the curtain went up, the spotlight was focused on Momo. She was beautiful, elegant, and proper. She welcomed the crowd and did a few introduction first saying that the pieces she wrote was inspired from her family. She highlighted that this concert was dedicated to a special friend in the audience today whom she wishes to have her music reach out to his heart.
- Todo was really perplexed and amazed from the performance. From the thundering roar of the trumpets, horns, and tubas to the flickering flute and clarinet, all of these individual parts make up the whole body as they fill up the whole auditorium with its raw beauty.
- After the performance, a roar of clapping sound surrounds the auditorium. Everybody clapped their hands and people started to stand up. Todo did so as well.
- As Momo turns to the crowd and bows, the first person she sees at the crowd is the man who she had dedicated her performance today.
- The man with red and white hair, whom he usually carries a stoic face, the man who rarely shows emotions, was smiling facing to her from the crowd.
- His smile was innocent and pure. She was glad that her music was able to touch him. After all, it was her dream to spread music to people's lives. A job well done today Momo.
- Todo got to meet up with Momo backstage after the performance. Momo thanked him for coming to her concert. Todo also thanked her for inviting him and making his first orchestra concert a memorable event.
- They exchanged numbers hoping that they'll meet up again someday during their days off. Both of them realized that they haven't made proper introductions yet. They didn't get the other's name back then when they first started talking. How rude of her as Momo thinks to herself.
- And so begins their journey of love full of music. They meet each other on their days off and talk about just about anything. They love to go to cafés, parks, and anywhere where music and people collided.
- She'll sometimes hum a tone and occasionally Todo will join in as well. His voice is so soothing and together they hum in perfect harmony.
- As their relationship grew deeper, their bonds become stronger. Todo felt more happier than he was ever before. He opened to her quite quickly. No more were the days where he dread to finish his work nor waits to pass his time just to go home.
- As the time comes where he confesses to Momo, he prompted her the same question again the first time they interacted.
- Todo: Momo, may I ask, what is your dream?
- Momo was quite off guard from his question. Seems like déjà vu or something but she answered him anyway.
- Momo: Well, my dream is to play my music for all the people to hear. If my music were able to touch people's heart and make it part of their life, I think its more than enough for me to ask of it.
- Todo: That's wonderful. I think your dream really came true.
- Momo: Hmmm? What makes you say that?
- Todo: On that day when I first heard you play the piano at the plaza, my clouded heart was struck by your melody. I couldn't help myself but stop at the plaza all the time after work, hoping that I'll able to listen to your music again.
- Todo: And after that first performance at the theater, at that moment, you've really captured my heart. And to know that the musics that you've created has been part of my life ever since... I also think that my dream came true.
- Momo: Huh? Did your father stopped bugging you or something?
- Todo: Huh? What? N-n-no Momo. What I mean is you WERE my new dream Momo. You were the one who touched my cold heart. And slowly and surely, the flame inside me kept yearning for your warmth. You are intelligent, kind, and most of all selfless. And that is something I really admired from you.
- Momo: O-oh...T-thank you S-Shouto...
- As Momo blushes in front of Todo, Todo took her hands into his, intertwining with each other perfectly.
- Todo: ...This dream that I have, this newly profound dream. That, I'll make it to reallity. And so Momo, will you stay with me forever?
- Tears were starting to fall down as Momo covers her mouth with a wide grin on her face, slowly and clearly, facing to his eyes, saying the words that the man can hope for.
