About this post of yours /post/84976139548/know-whats-so-perfect-about-this-black-and-white which is MY edit over at dailyshailenewoodley. I made it (yes, I didn't just uploaded from the source, I took time to edit it).

First I would like to apologize for any grief this is causing you. I have never purposefully stolen an edit and do not plan to do so in the future. That being said, this was posted weeks ago and try as I might I cannot recall the moment I got the photo to post it. I can tell you that normally I screen print from the official source. But given that I honestly can’t recall exactly where I located the photo I may have mistakenly used your photo, so this morning I looked. I did a side by side comparison of the two images (yours and Instagram) and I do see the one I have posted is different than the Instagram one. So again, I apologize.

To my naked eye, without looking for differences, I did not see any at the time. But I do ask you to consider that this was not intentional. Any changes between the original photo and your edit were not something I intended to publish as my own work. I didn’t list it as mine. I truly believed (at the time) I was posting an original photo from the Instagram. The photo was everywhere in the tags. So there is a likelihood that I saved myself a few moments and just saved the picture from the tags rather than the actual Instagram. And for that I have apparently made an error. And because of that I will make certain to never ever cut corners again. I have spoken out many times on this blog about stealing from others. I apologize to you for inadvertently doing something I am very vocally against.

I hope you will see I am sincere and completely mortified that this has happened. I also want to make sure everyone knows that the edit is yours. I’ve now sourced you on my original post as well. I believe communication is key so thank you for telling me what edit was in question so I could investigate.  My blog is a place of good and I want it to remain such. And when we screw up we have to own it. So I am.

Again, I hope you understand how this happened, and rest assured I will continue to fight against stolen work, yours and anyone elses. I’ve had mine stolen and I know how bad it sucks. I have had friends from whom work was stolen and it sucks. I would never knowingly participate in such a thing. So I’ll do what I can to make this error right. Again, I offer a sincere apology.
