So this is the part where I get mad sappy and such so prepare yourself. Yesterday was your birthday but by ginger law I gave you an extra day. I have that power, didn’t you know? I didn’t just give you an extra day because I needed more time to make things. I gave you an extra day because if there is one person on this planet that deserves celebration, it’s you. It feels forever ago that you sent me that message about my fic. Sometimes I say I wished I’d never started it so I could enjoy watching the show more but that’s so stupid. If I’d never written it, I’d never have found you & panda. I don’t do well with being social. I don’t have a ton of friends. I have lots of anxiety and trust issues so it surprised me that I was able to let you into my life so easily and now I don’t even know what it’d be like if you weren’t around. You’ve met my family and have become a part of it in their eyes which is everything to me. You’ve let me into yours and I feel like I’ve known them for years. You are the best friend I always wished I had and could never find. Next year, so many things are going to happen for the both of us and it excites me to face those things because we’ll be facing them together. I love you Britt. You are the Captain to my Bucky. The Stiles to my Scott. The Nick to my Billy. My best friend. My heart. Even before my life turned completely upside down, you brought light to my life. On this day, your second day of birth day, I wish you many more with happy memories, laughs, hugs and delicious wine. I can’t wait to have more adventures with you. I only hope you allow me to watch you shine because I know you’re going to do amazing things in the future. Every day you blow my mind with how extraordinary you are.
