Hi! So, I know im gonna talk about one really old boi but your work in Lessons In Cartography is seen as the fourth "unnofficial" book of the series by many in the brazilian fandom, i hope youre aware of how much we are thankfull for that! That being said i wanted to ask: has anyone ever translated your work? Would you authorize it?

Oh wow I’m very flattered to hear that!! Thank you so much. I’m always pleasantly surprised when people bring up Lessons after all these years. It feels like another lifetime haha

I’m definitely open to the idea of translations--if I remember correctly, I’ve given the green light for Lessons and Unkindness to be translated into Russian (if I’m forgetting something, please remind me!! It’s very late rn). If anyone’s interested in translating something, let me know :)

hi!!!! SO here it goes 1) how many chapters do you plan to do it? 2) is it going to end where the anime ended? 3) do you guys have like a goal, like, "this year were going to finish it!" or something?

Hello! Thanks for the questions! :>

1) Never Look Away is broken into two parts. Part 1, which we are working on right now, is planned to be 34 chapters. We are pretty set on this number in accordance to our outline, but things could still change if we come up with something amazing. 

2) Yes and no. Part 1 covers the grand prix final, which is where the anime “ends,” but finishes with Japanese Nationals. The anime series technically ends after the skating season when they’ve moved to Russia, but that is months after Nationals. Part 2 covers the following 1-2 years... I think.

3) Our standing goal is to get a chapter done per week as time permits. If we were able to meet that goal, we’d finish Part 1 in September. Uhhh... it might take a bit longer than that, though, since we’re both very busy with our full time jobs, but we’re trying really hard to write as fast as we can! :) As for Part 2... I have no idea. I know we’d have to take a break between parts to work on outline revisions, and we’d have to make sure that we’re still really excited about it before committing... but yeah!

okay, so in a wedding that viktors planning something goes wrong with the adress, the flower shop car get all wrong flowers, the bride is already at those peaceful state of mind where youre so stressed out that you shut down, viktor is extra nervous so he calls Yuuri, asks for help and he comes!!! he saves the day!!! Bride is so happy she FORCES him to stay, viktor was already invited so they have a chance to have so ~ fun ~ dancing at a fancy party, yuuri dances w/ the bride, so cute, V is !!!

and then they go out and it officially they click and start dating!!!!

Ahhh a cute scenario!!

I love Victor being like !!!!!!!! in general! And I love the idea of Yuuri being pulled into the festivities.

I have something planned for their getting together already, but this is a good idea too!
