Hey Dani, and the coaches at HC2, I wanted to say thank you so much, In just the last 3&1/2 weeks I have felt so incredibly amazing! I feel confident and strong and even crazier, people are starting to notice a difference already! The plan is super simple to follow, I love the step by step layout, and most Importantly, I love that I can always be in touch and ask 1000 questions and know they will be answered! I’m also down 6% body fat, lost 10lb fat mass and gained 5.4 in muscle WHAT!! 😱🥰 And as far as #HC2GYM, all I can say is WOW I was never into CrossFit because I was “one of those” people, you know die hard lift weights at a conventional gym… But three years after a baby that just didn’t intrigue me anymore, so I decided maybe I should give this a shot. Every workout I have done has been incredible, pushes my limits but not to far, burns way more calories than I ever did at a regular gym, and everyone has been so welcoming (even though I still don’t know all the things) someone’s always there to guide and help.
