I've decided to not count the "Loading Days" cause it makes it confusing. I've been on it for 4. But I'm in a different phase so yeahhh.
Oh yeah, I drank a fat glass of water a half hour before bed to make sure I got enough in. In my mind the water flushes that fat out, which is energy now cause you obviously dont piss out fat. :) So I'm always going to drink it a little before bed.
