chaemi could have sworn she told diancie to stay close to her during the festival. the female sighed as she walked around, looking for a giant pink diamond floating around the festival. she knew it was dangerous for a mythical pokemon to be out in the public, but chaemi felt bad for keeping the diamond princess inside the house and away from the world. “diancie!” chaemi called out, looking around every dark corner of the festival.
somewhere on the festival grounds, the naive jewel pokemon was already pouncing around the stalls and eyeing the wonderful snacks that were laid out on the tables. diancie had gotten too distracted to even notice that they had been separated from their trainer. they were currently staring at a fellow pokemon with smiles and greetings. the pokemon continued on, greeting the pokemon around the festival and playing with them. after playing to what seems hours on end, diancie felt their stomach growl. they rubbed their stomach with both hands and looking around, only to find that their trainer was nowhere to be found.
diancie stood where they were at, mouth watering and looking at passing trainers eating. the pokemon slowly began to worry and on the verge of tears. they had faith in chaemi, but only feared on what would happen if chaemi found diancie. the jewel pokemon worryingly continued to find their trainer. with tears now shedding, diancie panicked, then found themselves bumping into a stranger. the pokemon looked up at the person, lost and wailing in tears.
