A SMALL GIRL sprints hastily down the hallways of keisung academy . moving fast , she appears to be a speck among the sea of people who litter her path . an array of faces flashing among the crowd in which she weaves in & out of . running late . she’s untimely for a class that is going to start soon . with reason , she worries that she will make a bad first impression . yet , those feelings are quickly forgotten & it’s the sudden impact of her small frame colliding against another which has mei sent into an abrupt halt . an earbud falling from her ear as she finds her face smashed against a stranger’s chest . it’s sudden , & naturally , her cheeks began to heat up as she instantly retreats from the unexpected contact . eyes cascaded downward , her visage flushes to that of a bright red . with hands held in front of her as if to create some distance , her words make it into the air in a jumbled mess . " o- oh my- y god. i… i’m so so so sorry . " she apologizes with her gaze still glued to that of the floor . not able to bring herself to look at the stranger in which she almost ran over .
taking a few steps back. she does this in an attempt to make herself feel at ease , or maybe to not feel so flustered about the seemingly innocent incident in which just taken place . & it was innocent , until a sickeningly horrid crack is heard beneath her foot. mortified . she practically loses all the air in her body as she gasps , finally bringing her eyes to meet the male before her . shocked the female’s mouth falls wide open in disbelief as she absorbs the reality of what’s just happened . bringing a hand to itch nervously at her head , a sheepish smile tups upon the edge of her lips . with a brief pause , she looks up to 《 @hcllbcys 》 as she tries to find the right words to say . " a-ah… was, um… was that yours ?? "
