ʙʟᴜᴇ ᴡɪʟʟ ᴀʟᴡᴀʏs ᴘʀᴏᴛᴇᴄᴛ ʜᴇʀ ꜰᴀᴍɪʟʏ. no matter the cost. this includes her found family in the women of 300 fox way and her raven boys. their lives matter to her more than her own.& if give the choice she’d be more than willing to sacrifice herself of one, or all, of them. even if they are a pain in the ass sometimes.

ɪᴛ ᴅᴇᴘᴇɴᴅs ᴏɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴋɪɴᴅ ᴏꜰ ᴘᴀʀᴛʏ. a house party? probably the same casual clothing she wears every day. a nice boho dress made from scraps of different patterned men’s dress shirts, paired with matching hairclips. a fancy party? a more toned down version. less patterns. maybe even just one solid color. but still very much colored. absolutely no black or neutral tones.

"ʜᴏᴡ ᴀʙᴏᴜᴛ ʏᴏᴜ ᴛʀʏ, ᴀɴᴅ ʟᴇᴛ ᴍᴇ ᴋɴᴏᴡ ɪꜰ ɪᴛ ᴡᴏʀᴋs." before recently tessa would have offered more encouraging words. that was when she was problem free and sure of herself. or at least when she had problems that were fixable. money problems? pick up more shifts. weather? just grab a nice book and wait it out. but then there was william herondale. not that he was the problem, per se. just his words. now she was doubting everything she thought to be true. “if it doesn’t, i’m sure if we go through all the vocal onomatopoeia there is we’ll find one that does the trick.”

ᴡᴀs sᴏᴍᴇᴛʜɪɴɢ ᴏɴ ʜᴇʀ ᴍɪɴᴅ? all she ever had on her mind was something, or someone. she couldn’t choose just one to answer. her mom, the raven boys, the ley lines. she was in a constant state of wondering where they were, while simultaneously trying to keep on living a life. a tedious life now without a quest. but those weren’t worries she could voice, so instead she replied, “i’m just thinking how milkshakes came to be. like did someone just get bored and start shaking milk to pass the time?”
