#hd-2d remake

Apparently the HD-2D remake of DQ1&2 didn't do as well as the remake of DQ3, which makes me sad because 2 is the best HD-2D remake. It's the potential of the original game fully realized decades later. The princes and princesses all have personalities now, and they're charming AF. They pulled out all the stops.

I hope this doesn't discourage them from releasing a remake of IV, either in Japan or here.

What would you like to see in an HD-2D version of Dragon Quest IV?

I'd like to see rarefied forms of monsters… that would've been so cool in DQ3 and DQ1&2. Maybe vicious forms for when you go back to the places from the earlier chapters, too.
