I really need help with my elgato capture card so I hope someone can help me...
I get online vocal lessons and lately, the website I get my lessons on can't seem to "find" my video camera or my mic. I know my cam and mic works, I can see them and use them in my streaming program and anywhere else. It's ONLY on this website I have issues.
I talked to the tech and he said he thinks it's due to my elgato capture card, that it's somehow messing with the signal. He asked if I could turn it off somehow for the lessons and I had to be honest and told him I had no idea. Cause my elgato capture card isn't the type you can just pull out. It's the HD60 Pro, I had IT people built it into my PC and I am NOT going to attempt to "pull it out", I'm not messing with something I have no knowledge of and risk harming my PC or the capture card.
I've tried googling how to change the settings for it on my PC, to temporarily "turn it off" or something like that. So far, I have no luck... anyone got any ideas or knowledge on the subject?
