I think the thing that bothers me about the stance that Kaz IS terrible because he has done bad things, is that I just don't think this is particularly good way to view ethics? Like, sure, the harm is the same no matter the reason, but how responsible is someone really when they have such limited choices, live in such a hostile place, and have such a painful background? Like, I'm not saying that Kaz has ONLY done what he's had to, but what is his reputation, if not self defense? Are good people just people that are born lucky, and nothing else matters? I can't believe that, I just can't.
