I actually really appreciate the entire thing with Buck and his Dad. It's not just Phillip asking about Bobby. It's about him asking Buck to sit down, finally, and tell Phillip about Buck. About how Buck grew up with Bobby's help, his care, his Family. He's asking Buck to bridge the gap, of his own volition. He's asking Buck for his Story. The very thing Buck has begged from his parents: KNOW ME, LOOK AT ME! 'You didn't even know what was going on with your kids when we were under the same roof!'

He wants to know. he's asking. Buck lost A Dad, but he also got His Dad back, or finally got to meet Phillip Buckley for the very first time. Because he's finally asking to meet Buck.
