I now own two hermit crabs

one is big and shy and red and one is small and hyper as fuck and pinched the woman at the pet store and he's blue and purple

I have dubbed them sam and dean for the moment

but the big one looks like a bartholomew

I  do not know why

but

they're cool

I made the mistake of putting sam/bart on my lap and when I tried to pick him up he clung to my pants and it took us like seven minutes to get him off

and the little one has decided that instead of using the opening to the hide, he will now climb behind it, lift it up and crawl under that way

idk what to name them though asdfghjkl my mom said that bartholomew is a stupid name and I should name one cas but neither of them are castiels you know? They just don't have the look or personality.

He's plushy, and comfy as fuck. he's like a big pillow. and then his pillows, and bed. omygawd his fucking bed. how the hell it's so fucking comfy i don't know, but honestly. i could die in that bed. and the pillows are like, the same as his bed. and just, my god. i can use him as a body pillow, or just a head pillow, idc. it's fucking magic. and i don't know why i feel the need to share this, but i do.
