been writing a concept fic that might not really be a concept fic anymore and more just the outline of a fic where gerald gets arrested when kyle's 13 and then kyle's just like "fuck this" and goes freight/trainhopping cause he was really dependant on gerald and had a lot of his personal beliefs and goals align with gerald (like, e.g, that one scene when gerald told kyle to man up or smth and to stop being a pussy, so now kyle pushes very toxic masculine traits on himself), does crazy shit for like four or five years, comes back to south park while having his only education since he was 13 being his duolingo streak in hebrew and a random math app he downloaded because he kinda missed doing math sometimes and now just learns math when hes bored on his phone (instead of doing stuff like blockblast like a normal person), comes back, stan's obviously pissed cause he had to cope with things without anyone to talk to for a while + wishing he could get away from his family (mainly/only randy) by doing what kyle did, then getting mad that he doesnt have the balls to, sheila's overjoyed and also really scared of losing her son again, kyle's just trying to leave again while continously thinking of his dad and pushing things on himself and coping with all the batshit crazy things he decided to do for like 4-5 years when he was 13 (THIRTEEN), he eventually starts opening back up but to kenny first because kyle's still really nervous around stan because stan's still pissed and obviously kyle's still ehhh around cartman, goes through something that makes kyle realise that, maybe what gerald thinks is wrong and that he's maybe a bit of a bad person, low point that im not saying, high point that makes me happy :) and we end by not ending and leaving what happens next a little vague but not at the same time because i read an ending like that and it was so good and i think itd be perfect here if you actually read all that rambling, lmk if you'd read this. im probably gonna write it anyway but like not yet probably maybe shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh just no release like ill write but no release unless the demons take over

lmao part of me is thinking abt barry keoghan and sabrina carpenter where ppl see him like "doesn't he have a kid?? why the hell is he out in fucking coachella????" but i feel like art wouldn't be so outwardly um... negligent, seeing the kind of person he is.

i can see them staying super lowkey, taking it slow. the media probably wouldn't catch on that much (like they would work very hard to protect each other and maintain their privacy). and it would be super wholesome when they do go public, like he would attend a show with lily, and they would be out in the vip tent. art would have lily on his shoulders or dancing with her. it'll be the cutest sight EVER ahhh
