I had the unfortunate experience of listening to Michael Savage for a few minutes yesterday. I concluded within those few minutes that he is 100% disconnected from reality.

He was talking about ebola. Firstly, he states that ALL immigrants bring disease with them and so we should not allow any immigration at all that isn't tightly controlled, as in Ellis Island style health-checks. Uh yeah, immigration can bring infection... you know, like European immigrants brought smallpox and other diseases over to America in the first place? No mention of that, of course. It's only the immigrants AFTER we became America who are dirty and infected. 

He ALSO actually thinks that Obama is purposely deploying troops to "Ebola hot zones" so that they can become infected and bring the disease back to America. Like he genuinely believes this is a conspiracy by Obama to infect our nation. I can't wrap my mind around how someone could come up with that and then BELIEVE it so fervently. 

And people listen to this man.
