Ngl i think Damian would be pro poisoning you a little bit if you're more likely to regress when feeling sick. It makes sense!!! They just poison you a little bit! Plus your tolerance to whatever they're using will get higher and therefore you're less likely to die. Literally nothing but upside. You regress and gain +1 poison resistance!
