i think the Head Admin looks back at the moment very fondly in the current day, when he first met Lunaery (which was the only time he met Lunaery, really). i don't expect it was anything too big either, like maybe it was a small grief attempt that got foiled and then it resulted in Luna needing to talk with Greg face to face. it's such a nothingburger every day event, which she probably barely remembers..... but to Greg it was like meeting up with a celebrity (or hell, even a god).
