@sassylavellen here is the easiest way to swap a pop vinyl head.
I just did this quickly at work with a Vegeta funko i had at my desk, but you literally pull their heads off by pulling the head stems out (use a hair dryer to heat up the base of the heads to make them more pliable if you can't get them off easily. In extreme cases I boil them on the stove in a pot of water for a few minutes - don't worry, they won't melt! I accidentally forgot about a pop once and left it boiling for 40 minutes. Oops. It was fine though. )
Then you swap the heads and push the new body up into the head. If the head stem has trouble going in, I use a hairdryer to heat up the vinyl so its pliable.

More Barbie mods... This is all of my mods so far. Clockwise from top:
Estelle: An “Endless Hair Kingdom*” head, with a haircut, popped onto a body I bought in a thrift store.
Mindy: A Fashionista head on a “Barbie Style” body. The Fashionista bodies actually seem to be higher quality, but the Style bodies have the advantage of articulated joints (including wrist and ankle joints).
Amy: Same as Mindy
Allison: Same as Mindy and Amy. I did all three of them together; they got the body swaps because their skin tones happened to be the ones that matched the articulated Barbie Style line.

Hello :) I've seen your DAA screenshot with Alistair!Justice, which, I assume, is your mod. I was wondering if you could write a tutorial-thingie about doing something like this? Because I'd love to mod Nathaniel into DA:O but don't really know how to do it so...
The method I used to do the one is not, unfortunately, quite the same method that would be needed to do the reverse.
There’s a Core Resource Files download you can get that BioWare released, which includes all the mrh files for all the characters in DA:O - that’s their head morphs in the toolset-usable format. The toolset can then export that to either mor or mop formats (mor is for in-game use, mop is the format for making presets to use in the character creation - so for the playthrough in question I needed a mor of Alistair and a mop of Loghain, who’s an ‘Orlesian’ Grey Warden as far as game mechanics are concerned).
So to make a Justice!Alistair,what I did was load Alistair’s mrh file in the toolset, do any tweaks I wanted (I like him with blond hair, not dark blond, and reddish stubble), export it to mor format, and give it the name of Justice’s head morph (hm_gxa000fl_justice.mor).
Unfortunately it’s not quite as easy to do with non-DA:O characters. There are, as far as I know, no mrh files available for the DLC characters; they’ve never been released, sadly. So you’d need to extract Nathaniel’s mor from the DAA DLC files, then rename it to the name of the human male whose head you wanted to replace (which if you want him to be a companion would most easily be Alistair - so hm_genfl_alistair.mor). And there’s no way to tweak it, since the mor data format is not backwards-compatible into mrh-type slider settings.
If you’re really ambitious and toolset-friendly, and want to attempt modifying utc files and stuff, you could even attempt to change, say, either Leliana’s sex and head, or Zevran’s race and head, which is rather more advanced modding.
