SO- part of Tera’s quirk is that she can eat flames, the longer she stores it in her body, the stronger the flames become before she exhales them.

she CAN eat Dabi’s flames, but that it very dangerous given that blue flames are extremely hot. his flames will damage her insides if she holds them for too long.
