The only member of Team Rocket who is an active Santa believer is Namba, and the reason for that is…because Santa is actually his cousin. 😂
It’s especially frustrating because, like they confirmed in the anime, once people stop believing in Santa he can’t appear to them anymore. Namba knows without a doubt that he is correct, but he has absolutely no way to prove everyone wrong unless they choose to start believing in Santa on their own. Such is (part of) the reason for his madness 🤣
