"An Orphanage? I didn't know those were still around." She fidgeted with her shirt a little. "It sounds a lot better than the foster system in America."
"Aye, They ur still aroond an' quite actife." He nodded sadly but smiled. "Weel Ah dae try tae make it a nice place fur them until they lae fur a new haem."
"You work with kids too then?" She asked. "Because it does feel really odd to suddenly not have them around when you get used to them."
"Aye, constantly. At an orphanage at 'at. Sae used tae tryin' tae keep them frae gettin' intae trooble an' readin' tae th' smaller ones it's odd when aam nae."
"What made you interested in the church?" She asked looking him over, she smiled softly. "Sorry if I see noisy. My friend Slaine is watching my son and I'm lost on what to do without him."
"Weel Ah grew up in a Catholic haem an' was raised wi' th' teachin' awreddy, guess it was hoo they helped fowk 'at made me mair interested thocht." He waved his head, giving a big grin. "Nae it is alrecht, Ah ken hoo it gits myself."
"I just get curious because I didn't grow up in a religious home."

"Weel it's a wee bit hard tae explain, tae some it micht nae seem sae diffrent an' tae those loch me it's enlightenin'. Point ay view really."
Quinn laughed. "Oh lord no. I almost set our kitchen on fire. Josh was one, and I got distracted by a baby show, and the pizza caught fire on the stove. You're lucky Josh made you a cupcake. Slaine won't let me near the stove."
"Weel 'at isnae tay bad, ye waur jist distracted. Thocht 'at hud tae be a bit hectic tae pit it. Ah am thankful 'at was kin' enaw tae make 'at thocht, truthfully Ah hud missed lunch sae 'at was nice."
