Annual Check Up
Last Friday we went to HealthCube in Mandaluyong.
In the past I had done it in MMC, but unfortunately maxicare does not allow dependents annual check up in the hospital, only in accredited clinics. So I chose HealthCube since its near to us.
10:30 A.M.
When we arrive at HealthCube we registered at the ground floor then went to 2nd floor at the front desk to register again, & they will handle communication with HMO. Sobrang tagal namin don as in. Daming tanong pero inabot ko na lahat ng papers & ID pero nagtatanong pa rin sya. Di ko alam if maxicare yung issue or yung service ng HealthCube.
Finally, we begin at the blood extraction, then xray, ecg, Physician. Since we are already there we asked the Physician to recommend for other test. Then we went back at the front desk for LOA approval of Maxicare.
2:00 P.M.
They told as to take our lunch since some of the test are not yet available or while waiting for the maxicare approval. Also they didn't told us immediately that we had to buy PCU for my baby to get her urine.
3:00 P.M.
We went back I changed my baby's diaper & placed the PCU. Then she fell asleep while we wait for other test.
4:30 P.M.
Unfortunately my baby was uncomfortable with the PCU, no pee from the time we put it and this time. We decided to waived this procedure.
Overall, my husband and I are not satisfied with thier services. The place is beautiful, nice people, but very slow phase. Compared to a very busy hospital, HealthCube's service is very poor.
Probably for next year we'll try in a different clinic.
Hope you had better experience than us.
