A delicious keto-friendly twist on traditional fish and chips, with a crispy almond flour coating that's low in carbs but high in flavor.
Ingredients: 4 white fish fillets such as cod or haddock. 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 eggs. Oil for frying such as avocado or coconut oil.
Instructions: Put almond flour, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Mix them together. Beat the eggs in a different bowl. First, coat each fish fillet with the beaten eggs. Then, cover it with the almond flour mixture and press it down gently to stick. Put oil in a pan and heat it over medium-high heat. Fish fillets should be fried for three to four minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked all the way through. Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain the extra oil. Have it hot with aioli or tartar sauce that is good for keto and a low-carb vegetable side like cauliflower mash or zucchini fries.
