Good morning!! So I've started my 365 day blog count and I just want to explain a little more about it. I've struggled and am still struggling with my weight. I haven't made much progress in the last year and I'm hoping keeping a daily journal that I share with my followers will help me stay on track. It will include anything from different facts about me to what I've eaten that day. I'm hoping that this info won't become boring in the long run.
Anyways!! I shall start (I have a lot of enthusiasm right now)!
• Fact: I'm a painter, but I am not usually motivated on my own. Somebody usually has to come up to me and ask for a certain painting and then ideas start swimming in my head.
• My breakfast consists of 3 bananas, half a small watermelon, a small bag of strawberries, and a handful of almonds. (I'm not into calorie counting, just trying to have a good diet)
• I'm thinking I'm going to have to let go of breads and pastas again (sad face) because I get the best results when I do.
• After work today I am going to get my monthly membership to the gym renewed. I will probably work on legs as that is my favorite routine.
