😳🤦🏽‍♀️ #THIS is scary!!!! A commercial came on for a NEW / EFFECTIVE FDA approved weight loss DRUG! Sounded fabulous & promising until they started quickly listing off the possible side-effects! EEEK!!! HORRIBLE!! I looked it up, yes... in fact they are all listed.... 👀 LOOK at this list! People are desperate for a quick fix!! THERE IS NO SHORT CUT TO A HEALTHIER YOU!!! I've searched, I've tried, I'm a graduate of a LOT of weight-loss programs out there... but the ROOT issue remains, my insides were not healthy enough to sustain a healthy outside!!! I'm working on it!! 🤔 PLEASE, READ the labels... YES, research! I'd rather take a plant-based product than a chemical that could cause these issues ANY DAY! I love this post that my friend Heather shared ~ This before picture came up in my memories today so I had to do a comparison. Do I look different? The before photo was taken in August 2013 a couple of weeks before I started Plexus. I had been eating clean, drinking only water, going to the gym and walking 3 to 5 miles per day for 4 months and I still looked like that. This is why I needed Plexus. I was doing everything I knew to do and nothing was happening for me. It was depressing. Makes you just want to quit. I also want to point out how much thicker my neck was, my upper belly doing that muffin top thing while sitting, the role above the inside of my arm above my elbow on my right arm, my cheeks, my chin, my eyes, shoulders aren't as wide, chest looks better.....so many changes I'm thankful for. I still have so many things I don't like about my body but I look at things like this and find so many things I love and changes I'm so thankful for. I can't tell you enough how thankful I am that someone shared Plexus with me. Thank you Dana Slaydon for telling me about it!!!!!! Even if you were too stubborn to join the business before me lol.
