First Update

Today, I weigh 146 pounds. I am almost 5′9 and I feel motivated. Mild throat pressure throughout the day, some stomach irritation, bloating and sharp pain. Not out of the norm unfortunately. Staying positive. My shipment of Triplex is coming this week and I couldn’t be more 🙌. I will do an unboxing video when it gets here.

I thought I was going to be down for the count after waking up Monday morning with a sore-ish throat and a stuffy nose. It would have been the first time getting sick in almost a year!🤒 I definitely didn't want to end my streak. But, I woke up today feeling MUCH better and it seems my immune system all but kicked it to the curb. That's what healthy looks like! Thanks Plexus. 💪🏻💕#crushinonplexus #plexuslove

Didn't get a lot of sleep last night but needed to spend time with my grandparents today. And yes, I did take a nap today. But without my #pinkdrink I wouldn't have been able to get through my day at all. I love my #plexusslim #plexuslove #plexusenergy #plexuslife

I love this post that my friend Heather shared ~ This before picture came up in my memories today so I had to do a comparison. Do I look different? The before photo was taken in August 2013 a couple of weeks before I started Plexus. I had been eating clean, drinking only water, going to the gym and walking 3 to 5 miles per day for 4 months and I still looked like that. This is why I needed Plexus. I was doing everything I knew to do and nothing was happening for me. It was depressing. Makes you just want to quit. I also want to point out how much thicker my neck was, my upper belly doing that muffin top thing while sitting, the role above the inside of my arm above my elbow on my right arm, my cheeks, my chin, my eyes, shoulders aren't as wide, chest looks better.....so many changes I'm thankful for. I still have so many things I don't like about my body but I look at things like this and find so many things I love and changes I'm so thankful for. I can't tell you enough how thankful I am that someone shared Plexus with me. Thank you Dana Slaydon for telling me about it!!!!!! Even if you were too stubborn to join the business before me lol.
