When you mix plain yogurt from @chobani with overnight oats, you get a bowl of heathy proats. Topping my oats with fresh blueberries, chocolate chip peanut spread from @buffbake and some honey this morning. May not look the prettiest but it taste heavenly and it’s so easy to make when you have classes at 8am.
I love how versatile oatmeal is. You can eat them sweet or savory, warm or cold. There is no one way to preparing it and it’s so easy. It’s also a good carb source and give you the much needed fiber and nutrients 🙌🏻
