In Mining Industry you ought to work very hard, lots of time and expenses are incurred to extract nickel. Since ages we have been following the same old leaching techniques in which cost is on higher side with no certainty of the quantity. It was much needed someone to evolve the technique which would assure the results by reducing cost as well after adverse effects.
Heap leaching was introduced in 1980s+- and practiced with most of the mining companies ever since.
There is this man I met by chance, who turned out to be working with Mining Company as an advisor(can't share the name), seemed to checking all over the net for solution to fix clogging specially designed for drip irrigation.
He kept on receiving calls from lot of manufacturers, and he had spoken to many of them, shared his issue with them. Alas! neither of them could fulfill what he was looking for.
His forehead was labored with lot of fine-lines due to stress. I decided to intervene, politely I asked him, would you mind if I have a coffee with you. At first he couldn't understand, with a pause he said oh yes why not! I also needed a break.

While sipping my latte, out of my curiosity I asked him, would you mind what is it leaching, emitters. He laughed at first and he said, you are a keen observer. Then he asked me if I am aware of Heap leaching process? No. He slowly gave me crash course about what is Heap Leaching, how in drip irrigation agricultural emitters clog and its common. However he wants to settle it for the sake of continuity of work.
BINGO! I just read somewhere about Minoro™ drip-emitter, also the article said something pertaining to eliminate labyrinth dead zones(an alien language for me). As they say, every incident and person in your life serves a purpose. I think I served my purpose of meeting him.
Without wasting a second, he googled the name and there he was. He contacted those guys for his mining setbacks. As I had to meet someone, I left him working and exchanged the numbers.
A month later, I received his called and in wicked style he said let's go for a coffee. I said what you got another issue? and we laughed.
Since he is very busy man, so he just shared his overall experience of how diligently DRTS people addressed his problem, and offered him par excellence services. Perfect solution he was looking for. Well its to early to be decisive, however given the years of in the mining industry, I am sure he must have seen something in the their product for sure.
All is well! That Ends Well!
