40%! Getting so close to halfway, and I've really gotten back into cross-stitch, probably because it was too hot to knit haha

And almost a month later, 20% done!
Vacation’s over so I’m back to setting this aside for a while. Delighted to have tackled a decent amount of that anatomical heart, which I was dreading more than I’d like to admit
last update for a while, putting this aside for a bit to do some work on some bugs
When I work on cross stitch, I like to put a little / and X in an out-of-the-way spot to show my stitch direction. It’s particularly useful to reference when picking the piece back up after a long time, and when I’m turning the work in my hands as I stitch!
I’m out and about this weekend, which means I have some time to work on my cross stitch again!! It’s super easy to pop this project + supplies in a travel bag and take it with me.
