After the announcement of the ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas, multiple thousand people gathered for an unauthorised pro-Palestinian protest in the Swiss city of Bern.

The participants shouted anti-semitic slogans, set barricades and buildings on fire and caused damages amounting to multiple millions Swiss Francs. 18 members of the local police force who tried to get the situation under control were injured.
