Don’t mind my informality. Today I consider choices that I’ve made & I’m in complete ownership of my less than desirable as well as celebrated results. I’m clear that “I did that shi...”!! When I was less mature I would I wish that I had a mentor to bounce my thoughts off of. I’d wished I were more patient... Eventually I tried professional counseling which resulted in me practicing patience. Practicing mindfulness as well as awareness. Mindful of my perspective & others (despite agreement or disagreement). Staying aware of what I create, my thoughts, my energy... & knowing that despite my claim of ownership with respect to my possessions, thoughts & actions, It is all but for the grace of the Almighty.
